How to order and which photo to send
- Group photos: pick a sharp, well-lit photo where every face is clear and not too small. For the night light and 3D night lamp, count everyone in the photo and select that number.
- People in different photos: if the grandkids were never in one picture together, email support@giftsjourneyshop.com before ordering to ask what is possible.
- Bobbleheads: use the Upload your photo button to add a clear, front-facing photo of each face, and describe outfits, poses and props in Special instructions.
- Names: name items are made exactly as typed, so check the spelling of every grandchild's name. On the Santa sack, names up to 8 characters look best, and names over 10 characters go on two lines.
Items made from a photo come with a digital preview to approve before production starts. You can reply to your order confirmation email with more photos.
