Prices are before tax. Standard US shipping is free on orders of $70 or more ($7.99 under $70).
What to send us
- A clear, front-facing photo of the coach's face, in good light and without sunglasses. A sideline photo often works if the face is sharp.
- A full-body photo or a photo of the team jersey or polo, plus the team colors and logo text (for example "Eagles U12 Fall 2026").
- The signature details: whistle, cap, clipboard, a ball for their sport, or their usual stance on the sideline. Write them in Special instructions on the product page.
We email previews as the figure takes shape, you can ask for changes, and the clay is only baked once you approve.
Timeline for an end-of-season banquet
Production takes 10–15 business days after you approve the preview, and standard tracked US delivery usually takes 6–9 business days. Plan on about 3–5 weeks in total. If your banquet is earlier than that, email support@giftsjourneyshop.com with the date before you order, and we will tell you honestly whether rush production can make it.
