Which photo should I send?

A sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo where the whole face is visible, without heavy filters. Phone photos are fine. For the felted keychain, also send photos of both sides and the back so every marking can be matched.

Will I see the design before it is made?

For the mug, blanket, cap, scarf and necklace, we email a digital preview to approve before production starts. For the felted keychain, we send previews while it is being made, so you can ask for changes.

Can I add my pet's name?

Yes, on most items. The cap embroiders a name or short text under the portrait, the leather tag carries a name and a date, the moon lamp can include a name or short text, the necklace can be engraved on the back, and the mug can carry names or a message.

How long does it take?

Production takes 2–4 business days for the mug, blanket, cap and scarf, 3–5 for the pillow and moon lamp, 5–7 for the necklace and 10–15 for the felted keychain. Standard tracked US delivery then usually takes 6–9 business days. For Christmas, order most pet gifts by December 1, the necklace by November 27 and the felted keychain by November 16.
