Shipping at a glance
- Free standard shipping within the US on orders of $70 or more.
- US orders under $70: standard shipping is $7.99.
- US express shipping: $15.00.
- International shipping (Canada, UK, EU, Australia and more): calculated at checkout based on your address.
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order, so total time = production time + delivery time. Each product page also shows its own production time.

Christmas order-by dates (standard US shipping): bobbleheads and felted pet keychains by November 16; engraved and keepsake items by November 27; everything else by December 1.
Delivery time after dispatch: standard tracked shipping usually takes 6–9 business days. Express is faster. Remote areas, customs and the holiday season can add time.
Ordering for Christmas or a birthday? Please order early, especially for handmade bobbleheads. If you have a deadline, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Previews and approvals
For products made from your photo, we email you a digital preview to approve before production starts. Replying quickly keeps your order on schedule.
Good to know
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of payment, contact us and we will track it down and make it right.
