- For a bobblehead: send one clear, front-facing photo of each person, plus a full-body photo if you want an outfit copied, such as your wedding dress and suit. We email previews as the figure takes shape, and you can ask for changes before you approve. Once approved, the clay is baked and cannot be changed.
- For engraving and the wood portrait: choose a sharp photo with good contrast where both faces are large and in focus. Double-check the spelling of names and the date.
- For lamps and the crystal ball: a clear, well-lit photo works best. For the night lamps, select the number of people in your photo when you order.
Items made from your photo come with a digital preview to approve before production starts, so you can check the result first.
