How to customize
- Upload a clear, bright, front-facing photo of your dog or cat. Phone photos are welcome; avoid blurry, dark or side-angle pictures.
- Select your blanket size and background color.
- Check the free digital preview we email you. Production starts after you approve it.

Production and shipping
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after preview approval. Some custom designs need 1–2 extra days. Standard delivery usually takes another 6–9 business days after dispatch. For delivery before Christmas with standard US shipping, order by December 1.
