FAQ
Does it need batteries for the music?
No. The music is a wind-up mechanical movement. The LED light is switched on separately.
What song does it play?
It plays "Always with Me".
Can I put my own photo inside?
Yes. Choose Custom Photo and upload a clear photo.
How big is the crystal music box?
The crystal ball is 4.0 in (10 cm) across and sits on a wooden base, a good size for a desk, shelf or nightstand.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by November 27. Production takes 5–7 business days, then standard US delivery usually takes 6–9 business days.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the faces (or your pet) fill most of the frame. Busy backgrounds and tiny faces lose detail inside the ball.
