How to order
- Choose the base and how many people are in your photo.
- Use Upload your photo on this page to add a clear, well-lit photo. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with more photos.
- Type the text for the base in the Message for the wooden base box, and your font number (see the font chart in the product photos) in the Font number (#1 if blank) and special requests box. Font #1 is used if you leave it blank.

What is the difference between the two bases?
The elliptical base plugs in by USB and switches between 3 light colors. The round base has a Bluetooth speaker and a rechargeable battery, with one warm white light.
There is a yellowish film on the plate. Should I remove it?
Yes. It is a protective film on both sides. Peel it off from a corner and the plate will be clear.
How do I change the light color?
On the elliptical base, press the on/off button to switch between warm, warm white and white.
